01 / Notice date

What changed on October 10, 2026?

This notice took effect on October 10, 2026. It describes the storage and identifiers used on this live destination for paid advertising and project inquiries. The notice applies when you read a page, submit an inquiry or open project support chat.

We do not use storage to create an account for you. The site has no account, password, payment flow or card collection. An inquiry is a request for a conversation about a real property, not a purchase.

02 / Three categories

Which kinds of storage are in use?

Strictly necessary storage keeps the page controls and support chat usable. It can hold a consent choice or the token that lets a returning visitor find an open chat conversation. Without it, a button can work once but lose its state as soon as the page changes.

Analytics storage records permitted measurement signals about site use. Advertising storage supports the measurement of paid clicks and campaign responses. These optional categories stay denied until you allow storage through the consent banner. We do not quietly treat a visit as permission.

What is not stored here?

The site does not store a password, payment details or a card number. Chat keeps its conversation and browser token for the stated period. Inquiry records contain the fields sent through the form and the security details described in the privacy notice.

03 / Named storage

Which cookies and storage keys can you see?

The table names the storage used by this site and the services that receive signals when consent permits it. Durations are the periods used for these records, not a vague promise to keep them only as long as needed.

Server logs and inquiry records are not browser cookies. Their retention periods appear in the privacy notice, because they are held by the site or its service providers rather than in this table.

04 / Paid traffic

Why do Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads use click IDs?

Google Ads sends traffic here today. google ads Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads also send traffic here today. A paid click may carry gclid, msclkid or fbclid. Those identifiers tell the relevant platform which campaign brought a visitor to the site. They do not turn this inquiry-only catalogue into a checkout.

Google Ads attaches gclid. Microsoft Advertising attaches msclkid. Meta Ads attaches fbclid where a campaign runs there. We use these signals for advertising measurement only when the visitor allows the relevant storage. The platforms receive consent signals under the settings described below.

A click identifier can remain in a page address even when optional storage is denied. Denial prevents the optional storage and measurement action; it does not prevent the page from displaying or prevent someone from sending a project inquiry.

05 / Consent signals

How does Consent Mode v2 control the tags?

Consent Mode v2 starts with ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage denied. That default is sent before optional storage is allowed. If you accept optional storage, the relevant signals are updated to granted. If you decline or later withdraw, the four signals are set back to denied at that moment.

This is a control signal, not a claim that an advertising platform reviewed or approved this site. Microsoft Advertising remains a traffic source, and its handling is governed by its own statement. The site also honours Global Privacy Control through the Sec-GPC header as an opt-out without asking again.

Does denied mean the page stops?

No. The consent banner does not block reading, navigation or the inquiry form. It limits optional advertising and analytics storage. Essential page operation, including the ability to send a request through bovaa3d.php, remains available.

06 / Your control

How do I give, change or withdraw consent?

Choose “Accept optional storage” or “Decline optional storage” in the banner. The banner is not a cookie wall, so you can read the site before choosing. Your choice is stored under site_consent_v2 for 12 months.

To change or withdraw the choice afterwards, use the Cookie choices control in the footer on any public page. Selecting decline there sets ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage back to denied and updates the stored choice. You can also clear site data in your browser, then make a new choice when the banner appears.

Withdrawing consent does not erase an inquiry already sent. For deletion of inquiry or chat records, email [email protected] or use the route in the privacy notice.

07 / Declining

What still works when I decline?

The public pages, contact routes, service descriptions and inquiry form still work. You can read about patio design and installation Denver, landscape design Englewood Colorado and the other outdoor construction work without granting optional storage.

Optional analytics and advertising storage stop. The site does not use the choice to refuse you a project conversation, and it does not ask you to pay or create an account. A support chat may still need its essential token to return the conversation to the same browser.

Declining does not change how an inquiry that you deliberately submit is handled. The name, contact route, project address and notes you put into that form are sent so Down to Earth Landscaping Co. can reply. That use is separate from optional advertising storage.

08 / Outside statements

Where can I read each platform’s privacy policy?

Google’s policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy. Microsoft’s statement is available at privacy.microsoft.com/en-us/privacystatement. Meta’s policy is available at Meta Privacy Policy.

Those documents explain the platforms’ own processing after a permitted signal reaches them. This site does not state that any platform reviewed, approved or verified it. For what Down to Earth Landscaping Co. receives through the inquiry form, read Privacy.
